For fans of beer and the animated film “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” this upcoming event is a dream come true.
On Dec. 14 the Queen Mary will host a beer festival inspired by the film.
The ship’s Grand Salon will be transformed into Halloween Town with characters from the film, plus live music from the Skeleton Sisters, who will be singing songs from the 1993 movie.
The beer offerings at the 6:30-10 p.m. event will focus on winter, pumpkin and other holiday beers from nearby breweries.
The $42 beer festival ticket will also give people access to the Queen Mary, which is currently in the midst of its holiday celebration called “Queen Mary Christmas.”
