Many events have gone virtual this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but people can still down a cold one in real life at the Craftoberfest Los Angeles.
The third annual beer festival returns in a much smaller version to the Arroyo Seco Natural Park in Pasadena next to the Rose Bowl on Saturday, Oct. 17.
The event, which runes 11 a.m.-6 p.m., will be held outside the Brookside Golf Course restaurant. A $22 ticket gets you a flight of six four-ounce pours of beers from local breweries such as Smog City Brewing, Eagle Rock Brewery, El Segundo Brewery, Brouwerij West, Paperback Brewing and Mumford Brewing, plus a Bavarian pretzel and a souvenir glass.
For those who don’t like beer yet somehow find themselves at a beer festival can instead choose either a wine or ginger beer flight.
In order to maintain safe social distancing, there will be various sittings throughout the day.
